Terms and Conditions

Feedsmanagement.com "supplier" offer online marketing services to clients "customer" based on the terms and conditions stated within this section and the signed online marketing agreement with the client.

The Customer indemnifies the Supplier against any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any unauthorised use of the Facilities to which the Supplier have been granted access, provided that such unauthorised use has not arisen as the result of any material breach by the Supplier.

The Customer warrants that the Customer is the full copyright owner of these materials, or that he has obtained proper permission from the copyright owner for use of these materials. The Customer indemnifies the Supplier against any liability or suit arising from the use of these materials.

The Supplier is not responsible for any changes made to the Customer's Website by third parties. Any such modifications may require extra work on behalf of the Supplier and will be billed separately at rates to be agreed on a case by case basis. It is the responsibility of the Customer to advise the Supplier of any changes due or made to their website as soon as possible, as this may affect campaign performance.

All costs paid by Supplier on behalf of Customer for agreed campaigns must be paid in full without exception and the Customer indemnifies the Supplier against any costs paid on their behalf for the agreed campaigns.

REFUNDS
If there is any dispute regarding Feeds Management charges for the online marketing campaigns, these need to be put in writing within fourteen days of the issue to your account manager in detail. Any refunds will be processed and refunded once agreed and approved.

SERVICE FEES
Feedsmanagement.com service charges include VAT and are based on the management fee agreed within the online marketing agreement signed by the customer and the supplier.

RETURNS POLICY
Feedsmanagement.com do not offer a returns policy on the service we offer.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Cancellation of the Feedsmanagement.com service needs to be put in writing to your account manager and a return confirmation of this must be obtained to confirm the cancellation has been processed.

GENERAL
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
