Kelkoo Change Commercial Terms and Conditions for New and Existing Merchants

Kelkoo have announced that they will now have a new pricing structure and requirements following their status as an independant body.
"Following recent announcements in the press we are pleased to let you know that the acquisition of Kelkoo has been completed, and the company is now independently managed.
This is an exciting time for Kelkoo who in recent years has made significant progress in developing its key consumer audience and portfolio of clients as Europe’s leading comparison shopping engine.
As part of the extraction process from the previous owner, Kelkoo is harmonising commercial terms with merchants as part of the first stages of the company transformation"
They now offer 3 options to new or existing merchants:
GOLD PACKAGE
- £588 per annum listing fee
- Flexible payment terms – either Direct Debit or 14 days in arrears
- Optional weekend and twice daily feed updates subject to category
- Minimum Contract Term of one month plus 30 day notice period
- Minimum monthly spend cap £500
- Full dedicated Account Management by Email, Telephone and in person
- Technical Support by Email and Telephone
SILVER PACKAGE
- £353 per annum listing fee
- Monthly payment by Direct Debit
- Compulsory Kelkoo Sales Tracking and optional Kelkoo Reviews implementation within 6 weeks of merchant launch date on Kelkoo, with optional Merchant Reviews integration
- Minimum Contract Term of two months plus 30 day notice period
- Minimum monthly spend cap £500
- Dedicated Account Management and Technical Support by Email and Telephone
BASIC PACKAGE
- £118 per annum listing fee
- Monthly payment by Direct Debit
- Compulsory “Listed on Kelkoo” image on site with back link to Kelkoo Site(s)
- Compulsory Kelkoo Sales Tracking and Reviews implementation within 4 weeks of merchant launch date on Kelkoo
- Minimum Contract Term of three months plus 30 day notice period
- Minimum monthly spend cap £750
- Account Management and Technical Support by email only
All existing merchants will be contacted over the next few days and weeks and asked which package from the above that they want to accept.
Previously their were no clauses or listing fees when signing up to Kelkoo so it will be interesting to see how this new pricing structure appeals to Kelkoos future and existing merchants.
